| Afghanistan At present the only medal being awarded for service in Afghanistan is the General Service Medal (GSM), with Afghanistan and ISAF bar. Only Canadian citizens are eligible to apply for the GSM. The qualification period is 30 days. (For more information please see the web-link below) For the non-Canadians who have served in Afghanistan the Company is investigating the possibility of a NATO awarded medal being available.
